From our office team to our supervisors and cleaners / housekeepers, they are a core team of friendly, reliable and loyal workforce, that thrive on delivering quality cleaning services. We take extreme care in selecting our cleaners and housekeepers so that we can deliver the bespoke premium cleaning services that we promised to each of our clients.

Only three in every ten candidates applying for positions with Maid of London make the cut.

A majority of our cleaners and housekeepers come by recommendation; nonetheless, they are thoroughly screened before joining Maid of London. As a prerequisite, we require every applicant to submit references from their previous employers that can vouch for their competence. We also inspect all documentations and where necessary we do an enhanced background check.

Although we aim to take on English speaking cleaners and housekeepers, their experience and knowledge in housekeeping (amongst other attributes) is more appreciated and prioritised over their level of spoken English. 

Finally, before we assign any work to our cleaners / housekeepers, they undergo an initial assessments and tailored exercises to ensure that they are on par with the standards of home cleaning services that we seek to deliver.
