Supervisor — on your first housekeeping visit, your assigned housekeeper will be accompanied by our Head Housekeeper (supervisor) whose role it is to fully note your requirements and to ensure that all tasks are completed to your satisfaction. Thereafter, the same Head Housekeeper is available to carry out regular visits (only with your permission), to ensure that all your housekeeping requirements are delivered at the highest standard.

Consistency — Our vigorous recruitment process enables us to contract qualified, reliable cleaners and housekeepers. This enables us to provide you with the same cleaner / housekeeper each week and that you also have cover in the event of your cleaning lady not being able to attend. 

Premium Service —  At Maid of London, we work hard to ensure that all our customers' requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner. From listening to our customers' requests / feedback, to carefully selecting the right cleaner / housekeeper to the supervisor visits, we take every measure to ensure that we deliver the premium cleaning service that we take pride in.
