Quality Control

We are committed to deliver complete customer satisfaction through our tailored and affordable residential and commercial cleaning services.
At Maid of London, our Quality Control System ensures that all your requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner. From careful staff vetting process to supervised training, we take every measure to ensure that our cleaners deliver the quality cleaning service that we take pride in.

Experienced & Trained Staff
All our cleaners and supervisors are experienced with a minimum of 6 to 24 months experience within the commercial cleaning sector. In addition we provide on-going off-site and on-site training programmes catered to new and experienced cleaners. This enables us to provide you with the best cleaning team for your office or commercial building.

Reliability & Timely Service
Our vigorous recruitment process enables us to recruit only qualified, reliable and committed staff. In addition, our electronic Time and Attendance system enables us to monitor your cleaning team’s attendance and efficiency. We ensure that you always have cover in the event of a cleaner not being able to attend.

Supervision & Inspection
Further to quality control, we conduct regular audits (announced and unannounced visits) by local area managers. Larger sites are allocated with permanent onsite supervisors and or managers.

Health & Safety
We conform to the HSE regulations and ensure all our employees receive health & safety induction, including the appropriate PPE and RIDDOR procedure. Regular risk assessments are conducted within the relevant sites.  In addition, Maid of London maintains COSHH sheets and takes all safety measures to control hazards and risks within the workplace.

At Maid of London, we strive to use environmental friendly supplies and practices wherever possible to minimize the impact of cleaning chemicals on the environment.
