How do you select your cleaning staffs?

All our cleaning staffs are carefully chosen and must meet our requirements, including:

Proof of Identification
Our recruitment team will carefully check all documents, including passport, driver’s licence, and Home Office papers, if necessary, for authenticity.

Proof of Address
We request cleaners to provide a driver’s licence, two utility bills or a recent bank statement.

Written references
These are carefully checked by our recruitment team to ensure they are genuine.

Permission to work in the UK
We ensure that our company only employs cleaners who are legally allowed to work in the UK. Again all documents such as work permits, National Insurance details, and registration documents are all carefully checked.

Next of Kin Details
We ask all our cleaners to provide contact details of their family, partner or friends.



Are your cleaners trained?
All our cleaners are trained in Health and Safety and Fire Safety; for example, how to prevent or avoid accidents whilst at work, and what to do in the event of an accident.
Training on usage of cleaning products & chemicals
Our cleaners are trained on how to use cleaning products on different surfaces in a safe manner.
The training our staffs receive is an on going, and we regularly review their progress.



Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our comprehensive Public Liability Cover. Our insurance policy will include any accidental or deliberate damages to your property caused by any of our cleaners, any theft, loss of client’s keys, or misuse of client’s telephone.



Can we leave our keys with your cleaner?
Yes, you can completely trust our cleaning staff with your keys.
Our staff are insured and carefully vetted and have been trained on safe key-holding.

We recommend that you leave a set of keys with your cleaner if it is possible. This is to ensure that your property can be cleaned while you are at work, so that you do not have to wait till your cleaner arrives or wait till your cleaner finishes work to lock up. 




Will I get the same cleaner at each visit?

Yes. Once we have allocated you with the right cleaner for your requirements they will come in regularly, however, you can ask to replace your cleaner any time.



Do you provide replacement if my cleaner goes on a holiday or is ill?
Yes, we will provide you with a replacement cleaner who will continue the regular cleaning service at your premises.



Can I specify the day of the week the cleaner comes?
We make every effort to meet the requirements of our clients.
However if your request cannot be met then you will be presented with the nearest alternative options.



What happens if I am not happy with my cleaner?
If you are not satisfied with your cleaner or the quality of her work-you must inform us as soon as possible. And we will immediately deal with the issue.

You can rest assured that with any feedback you provide us with will be dealt with confidentially and in the most appropriate manner.



Are there any extra charges I have to pay – agency fee, transport, etc? We do not charge you any extra charges in addition to your hourly rate. You simply pay for the hours you require!



What payment methods do you accept?
As a regular client, you will be invoiced at the end of each month, and you can pay by credit or debit card or set up a bank standing order.

We accept most credit and debit cards.
